Reproductive Mental Health
I have advanced training and experience treating women who are:
- Adjusting to new roles in the childbearing years
- Suffering from symptoms of postpartum depression or anxiety
- Overwhelmed by the demands of motherhood and impact on their relationships and professional lives
- Going through the uncertainty and fear surrounding infertility
- Experiencing the heartbreak of perinatal loss including miscarriage, stillbirth, termination for medical or other reasons
Common issues for couples are:
- Finding yourself stuck in the same conflict
- Feeling disconnected from each other, feeling like roommates but longing for more closeness and connection
- Experiencing an affair or other infidelity or betrayal and need help repairing and healing
- Needing a safe space to discern whether to stay together or part ways

My Approach
Clients have described me as warm, compassionate and kind. My hope is that you will feel welcome, supported and encouraged when you meet with me.
My approach to therapy draws from a variety of methods including Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples. I am trained in Brainspotting and have advanced training in Fertility Counseling.
I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT), the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and Postpartum Support International (PSI).
